
Mandarella Partridge (also known as Mandy Partridge or Mistress Mandarella) is a Brisbane-based writer, performer, and Brisbane City Council's first female town crier.
Worked as a circus and street performer for over 20 years. She was a founding member of the Vulcana Women's Circus and trained as an opera singer at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music. She also created theatrical shows like Mistress Mandarella's New Boots and Death Wears a Red Nose.
Runs Mandarella Publishing and Productions. Her works include the nonfiction book Acrobalances, the political adventure novel Long Pork: Behind the Bamboo Curtain, and the Mirella Castle Investigates crime fiction series (Blocked Out, Kandy Krush, Wizz Fizz, and Acid Pops). She has been shortlisted for the Scarlet Stiletto and Davitt Awards.
