Static Mindzzz is a raw, real and chaos fuelled space where mental health meets music, and lived experience takes centre stage. Each episode dives into the untold stories behind the noise, struggles and glimmers of hope in our chaotic world. Through raw conversations and the mental mixtapes that have carried us through the chaos, we explore how music becomes more than a soundtrack, it becomes a lifeline.
