Welcome to Protis Reviews. My name is Alan, and for an hour each week I will be showcasing the hottest releases from local artists in the Brisbane music scene, as well as those from interstate and overseas. I have been writing reviews of studio releases, be they singles or EPs, since June of 2024. I started reviewing live performances in September of 2024, and have been enjoying these immensely! My aim for this show is to see how it works in a radio format.
Brisbane singer-songwriter Vin Morgan makes his second appearance on "Protis Reviews", a few days before the launch gig for his second single "The First Time." This song was released at the end of June, and it sounds truly next level! Vin himself says that he has "gone pro" after eight years or focusing on his craft, and it will be an absolute pleasure chatting to him about his musical plans moving forward.
