Welcome to Protis Reviews. My name is Alan, and for an hour each week I will be showcasing the hottest releases from local artists in the Brisbane music scene, as well as those from interstate and overseas. I have been writing reviews of studio releases, be they singles or EPs, since June of 2024. I started reviewing live performances in September of 2024, and have been enjoying these immensely! My aim for this show is to see how it works in a radio format.
Nick Pound, also known as Sonic Keys, makes his second appearance on "Protis Reviews" this evening. His EP entitled "In The Driver's Seat" will be released on Friday the 9th of October. Two days prior to that, Nick returns to the show for a chat with Alan about this body of work.
