I love diversity and spice
I'm all about diversity in my life and the songs selected on this show are about catering for an assortment of folk. Variety is the spice of life.
In this episode, I celebrated the end of this year's 'Radiothon' by sharing a heap of rare songs (nearly all local or Australian) as a way of saying Thank You to all who subscribed during our campaign. Except for a handful of tracks, those played would either only exist in the 4ZZZ library, in my personal collection, or the hands of some individuals who have a hard copy. But none of the tunes are currently available online to listen to.
The last track is especially unique, as it's a rare, one-off collaborative electronic track only available on a multi-artist compilation box set released in 1998. BEWARE though, if you choose to listen back On Demand, the track features deeply explicit and highly personal narrative themes that some listeners may find offensive.
Also with the song by Revrond Rock, some may find the content offensive. This is the same band, which has a song called 'Catholic Masturbator', one which still illudes me. https://myspace.com/search/songs?q=revrond%20rock
