This week is our last! And we're going out with a bang!

Tonight you'll hear from Paul who runs the charity North West Community Group. I went along for the drive, literally, this week to see and learn what Paul does, from filling the Brisbane food pantries, to putting up tents and handing out bedding to those sleeping rough in Brisbane, and more.
