Ballzzz in the Medieval Air
On the morn of May 18, the fair Lady Kellee of Abbey Medieval Festival didst join Sir Chris of the Blonde Crest and Sir Anthony Le Comptable at the round table of sports appreciation. The conversation was merry, and it did impart great information in regard to the coming Abbey Challenger Clash and Abbey Medieval Festival Events.
In a show spanning 500 years of sports (where else but 4ZZZ will you get THAT?), the conversation then moved from knights in armour to more modern sporting gladiators in the arenas of cricket, soccer, rugby league, rugby union, waterpolo, and speedway. As ever is the case, sports was not the only thing on our menu this week, we had more bangers than you might see on a buhurt field... hmm... maybe not - check the list out below, and YOU be the judge!
